All AI Tools · All Platforms · Navy Trust 2026
This document gives you the exact text to paste into each AI tool — Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Manus, and Claude Code — plus step-by-step instructions so nothing gets missed. Start with the Master Brief tab, then go platform by platform.
Click the project name in the left sidebar. You'll see "Project instructions" at the top of the project. Click the pencil/edit icon next to it.
Use the full Master Brief for general-purpose projects. Use the shorter version below for specific task projects (like your LinkedIn project or CO&F operations project).
After pasting the brand brief, add a line break and then write what this specific project is for. Example: "This project is specifically for CO&F platform page builds. All output should be GHL-compatible with 100% inline styles."
Click the app icon. Once open, look for the Settings gear icon — usually in the bottom left of the sidebar or in the menu bar at the top of your screen (Mac: Claude → Preferences).
In Settings or Preferences, look for a section labeled "System Prompt," "Custom Instructions," or "Context." This is where CoWork gets its baseline knowledge about you.
Copy the Master Brief from the first tab and paste it here. Save/confirm the changes.
Open a new chat and ask: "What are the colors in my brand system?" — Claude should immediately reference Navy Trust, #1E3A5F, and #C9A84C Gold without you having to explain anything.
This tells Claude to update its memory with your new brand direction.
In the dropdown menu, click "Customize ChatGPT" or "Custom Instructions." This opens two text boxes.
Clear whatever is currently there. Paste the "About Me" block below. This field has a ~1,500 character limit — the text below fits.
Clear whatever is there. Paste the "Response Rules" block below.
Start a new chat and ask "What brand am I working with?" to confirm it's reading your context correctly.
Click "My GPTs" to see any GPTs you've created.
This opens the GPT builder. Click "Configure" tab at the top.
Paste the full Master Brief at the very beginning of the existing instructions, then add two line breaks before the existing content. This way the brand context is always read first.
Test the GPT with a brand-related question to confirm it's working.
Click your profile icon in the top right or bottom left of the screen depending on your view.
There will be a text area where you can describe yourself and your context. This is sometimes labeled "Tell us about yourself" or "Profile."
This gives Perplexity context so when you search for business-related topics it frames results around your work.
Test with a search like "best email subject line strategies for online business" — Perplexity should now frame results with your audience and context in mind.
Go to your profile or settings. Look for "Profile," "Context," "System Prompt," or "Agent Instructions" — the location varies by how Manus is configured for your account.
If Manus allows a global system prompt or persistent context, paste the full Manus brief below there. If it requires per-task context, paste it at the beginning of every new task you create.
Type: "Apply my WarKry brand context before starting this task." — then paste the brand brief below that line.
Ask Manus to write a LinkedIn post for your brand. It should use your A2A framework language, avoid GHL mentions, and match your voice.
On Mac: Press Command + Space, type "Terminal," press Enter. On Windows: Press Windows key, type "Command Prompt" or "PowerShell," press Enter.
Type: cd ~ then press Enter. This takes you to your home directory. Or navigate to your main projects folder if you have one.
Copy the Claude Code brief below. Then type this command in Terminal and press Enter:
This opens a text editor in your Terminal. Paste the content from below, then press Control+X, then Y, then Enter to save.
If you have a specific folder for WarKry work, you can also place a CLAUDE.md file there. Claude Code reads both the global (~/.claude/CLAUDE.md) and project-level CLAUDE.md.
In Terminal, type claude and press Enter. Ask: "What are my GHL page rules?" — Claude Code should answer immediately from your CLAUDE.md without you having to explain.
